1. Licence Grant

By downloading any arrangements from this site, you are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the material for:

personal study
private practice
lessons (as teacher or student)
live performance
personal archival storage

You are not granted ownership of any arrangement; copyright remains with the arranger.

2. Access Requirement for Bonus Materials

These downloadable arrangements are offered as bonus materials for owners of the Play the Guitar series. Access to these materials is granted only to individuals who own at least one physical or digital book in the series.
By downloading these materials, you confirm that:

you own at least one book from the Play the Guitar series.
you are willing to provide proof of ownership upon request.
you understand that access to these materials is a discretionary benefit of book ownership granted by the author and publisher, not a standalone purchase or gift.
Acceptable proof includes a purchase receipt, order confirmation, or a photo of the book in your possession.
If proof cannot be provided when requested, the licence may be revoked and access withdrawn.

This requirement is to help cover the costs of making and keeping the material available.

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

print copies for your own personal use.
annotate or mark up the score.
perform the arrangement live.
record performances and post recordings online (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
use the arrangement in lessons with your own students.
store the file on your personal devices.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

redistribute the sheet music in any form (email, social media, IMSLP, MuseScore, Scribd, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
upload the PDF or notation file to any public or private website.
sell, resell, or include the arrangement in any paid or free bundle.
create derivative editions, arrangements, or transcriptions based on this file.
remove or obscure copyright notices.
share the file with ensembles, studios, or groups unless each user owns their own licensed copy of at least one book from the Play the Guitar series.
use automated tools to scrape, download, or mass‑copy materials.

These restrictions protect the integrity of the work and support the continued availability of these arrangements. You are welcome to direct others to this website, so they can download the material for themselves. Noting they will need to purchase at least one book from the Play the Guitar series, if they do not own one already.

5. Studio / Ensemble Use

If you are a teacher, ensemble director, or conductor:

you may use the arrangement in lessons only with students who each own their own licensed copy of a book from the Play the Guitar series, as access to these materials is a benefit of book ownership, not a standalone purchase or gift
for ensemble performance, each performer must own their own licensed copy of a book from the Play the Guitar series, unless you have written permission for a multi‑copy licence

This ensures fair use and supports continued publication.

6. Attribution Requirement

This attribution helps others discover the original source.

7. Revocation of Licence

This licence may be revoked if:
• these terms are violated.
• proof of book ownership is not provided upon request.
• the arrangement is redistributed without permission.
Upon revocation, you must delete all copies and cease use immediately.
